Val d’Illasi is the homeland of Grignano, the true indigenous olive with which Veneto Valpolicella PDO extra virgin olive oil is produced, a fruity oil that knows how to excite for its cleansing olfactory and richness in beneficial antioxidants.

The company recently founded the Oil Museum, an area dedicated to learning about the world of oil through an emotional journey that will immerse the visitor in a unique experience, from harvesting in the field to the final tasting.
